Moved to new home. Had 3 different technicians try to setup internet but none of them can find a usable cable to connect house to internet. (alien.top)

We've been in the house for 2 weeks without internet and 3 tech visits. All techs had trouble finding cables that had a connection and suggested we contact the contractors since it was newly renovated. Townhouse was newly renovated when we moved in so we contacted the contractors to see if the knew anything. They said they didn't touch any cables (not sure if I believe them), so they are not being helpful.

Right now we are working on getting a wireless hub so at least we can get some internet even if it is only wifi for now. Thinking of getting another technician to hopefully find some sort of solution to this. I just want basic reliable wired internet. What are my options. Please Help!

When I was a tech and the town house was renovated and I couldn't find the main feed. I would usually go to the neighboring townhouse and ask for permission to take a look inside and look for where their main feed is. 95 percent of the time its at the same location where yours should be to get an idea.
