I hope they bring back the thing where when you press the crown it brings you back to the app list WHERE YOU LEFT OFF, not always at the top. It's so frustrating to always have to scroll down to 'W'orkout

Exactly! I am missing that too. Since most of the apps I launch from there are towards the bottom: Stocks, Sleep, Workout.
