The world's most valuable footballing brand, a club which cannot sell out its stadium. All its very real perfectly legitimate sponsors. Nothing to see here, move along, move along.

    pretty sure their stadium sells out every game, you think winning a treble and 3 leagues in a row wouldn’t blow up their commercial revenues?

    I’m very new to football. What are the rules around sponsorships? A team can take funds from literally any company as a sponsorship? I assume there are rules around this (and sounds like City has broke the rules) but I find it hard to believe that everything they’ve done to get here is illegitimate?

    Not just the tickets even the merchandise as well. I have seen people walking around with Liverpool, ManU, Arsenal, spurs and even Chelsea’s shirt or other merch but never Manchester city.
