if you had to choose only one for the rest of your life, what would you choose?? I am currently deciding between those two, I don't know what's better for me. With 2MAD, I may have a stable weight for the rest of my life, but with OMAD, I would become extremely thin. So I don't really know, thank you!!

2, I don't have enough stomach space for the bare minimum calories needed in a day all in one go. Must be two.
