use coax to pull Cat 6a cable through attic (alien.top)

I am updating an old home. There are 6 coax cables strung through the house and coming to a common area in the old garage. Anyone have a solution to attach the coax to Cat 6 so it does not hang up somewhere in the attic? I am hoping there is a method to join the cables sort of like chinese handcuffs.

I'm betting the coax isn't in conduit and is stapled in multiple places between the outlets.
