It's a fun, minimal project that doesn't currently exist as far as I can tell.

I have some technical reasons for this (happy to go into detail), but the simple reason is that I think ActivityPub is too noisy. I'll have a way to subscribe for updates, but it needs to account for that data existing on multiple peers, many of which may be offline. permalink fedilink source parent
