Starting off emails with "Everyone" feels weird

Does that really sound weird?

IAW current instructions...
Starting an email with "Everyone" is weird.
That's why I start it with "hi" ;)
"Everyone" comes after.
Hi comes after the salutation in a business email or letter though.
I just use "all" in emails, like "good afternoon, all" etc
