As an Arabic speaker, I can't find the part where it says "kill as many people as possible". Also the watermark (that's a guy's name) is interesting to say the least.

Edit: Apparently it's there nvm. Anyway while I could buy this being a Hamas document there definitely needs to be confirmation, especially with that silly-ass watermark.
