Pretty sure your instance is defederated from a couple notable ones, so, yes :)
Even those "notables" still show up on the fediverse tracker, so they shouldn't be going uncounted.
Yep, not unknown as in uncounted as described in the post, but the other users question was more about instances they don't know about which is what I meant to address
