If folks posted sensitive personal information that could potentially be used to link someone to these posts, I can see your argument.

But it's pretty much "identifiers" like "this guy" or "my girlfriend" etc. Not exactly very revealing and could apply to anyone.

Hell, folks could even be making this up given how vague the descriptions are of folks (and that's quite frankly OK by me).

Also, how do you know if folks are sharing this behinds someone's back? If anyone I ever had sex with shared details about the sex but kept me as anonymous as possible (online or in person), that would be the best possible outcome (with or without my consent). The worst is if both are shared online or in person, without my consent.
