That whole article is way more than that. It's basically 1920s nationalism and in this case Jewish supremacism. Fascinating, but also indicative of how reactionary you can be in Israel and still have it treated as a serious political opinion.

The "About the Author" at the bottom of the page implies he's a crank troll that's popular with readers.
