How do you get around Face ID or ID verification on websites? (lemmy.world)

Asking for recommendations in how you might be getting around ID verification on websites and online marketplaces?

I want to be able to use my local online marketplace, but I keep getting asked to provide ID verification or my ads for second hand items dont recieve as many views as a result?

Edit: when referring to online marketplaces I was referring to second hand marketplaces like Carrot, Kijiji, Craigslist, Facebook.

Since you’re already familiar with the Fediverse, you may be interested in Flohmarkt. It can serve as an alternative to those marketplaces.
