Unless she demonstrates an absolute need for humanity that we make more kids, there would be no reason to set a protocol to reach that aim.

Also, intoxicating people in order to reduce their freedom and force a given behaviour up to them is quite a thing. It is usually accepted as a justice decision for some dangerous offenders, but the classical moral stand on it is to accept it when there are no better available solution ; as a lesser evil.

But so doing evil on half human beings to try to reach a non needed aim? I am quite sure we can find a better use of the ressources we still have...
