With a structure like that the board would be the ones responsible for the AI output. Lol, I think your suggestion just means inserting a fall guy between the board and the ai

    Saying we'll hold the board responsible if chatbots get to run corporations is almost as ludacris of a prediction as billionaires saying they'll support a socialist utopia if we let chatbots take everyone's jobs...

    The idea that CEOs would be held accountable for anything is just wishful thinking at this point.
