This has great potential for medical uses. For people that have seizures that are triggered outside of laboratory conditions, this could massively aid in diagnosis or avoidance!

I know two people who developed seizures in their thirties, one due to a fall as a child in a skating rink (I moved and lost touch, so I don't know what happened), and the other died before they found a cause or successful treatment.
