I think this one’s the best of the concert photography I had done recently. The smoke machine made for a bit of a challenge to shoot through, and this shot certainly isn’t good enough for my portfolio, but it’s good enough I could put it out here.

Do you mean that feeling, sometimes, where everything feels... strange? Like it's familiar but somehow alien, intangible - just a little bit eerie but incredibly fascinating, like it's not a part of the same "real world" that one experiences during the day...
No idea if anime is your cup of tea, but I felt that "Call of the Night" did a great job of capturing that feeling of the night in some of its early episodes.
