I just use my finger. But then again, one of my cats didn't even flinch when they were taking samples from her eyes. Normally cats have to be anesthesia'd at least partially to perform that lol.

Yeah that's what I do. Or use the corner of my shirt. If it's an old T-shirt or something. Kinda gross but sometimes you gotta take the opportunity when it presents itself.
