A singer from English band Massive Attack, Robert Del Naja, was arrested in Liverpool while protesting genocide in Gaza and denouncing the UK’s ban on Palestine Action. Demonstrators had gathered to demand the UK stops arming Israel ahead of the first Labour Party conference under new Prime Minister Andy Burnham.

    Nah, Bono would never deign to sit on cold concrete, much less let himself be arrested.

    He's all about "protesting" from the safety of a stage he's been paid to sing on or at events filled with billionaires and their Donor Advised Fund "charity" tax avoidance scams.
