If you want to know how you should feel about it, imagine it was an all girls school in a small city in the United States, like Midland Texas, Savannah Georgia or Gainesville Florida. Imagine the global outrage that would have resulted and the righteous retribution that would have befallen whatever country dared to do it. The judgement that would have driven that retribution is about how judgemental people should be about this or any bombing of innocent school children, anywhere in the world.
