It was slow at first, the transformation. His vanity and self-centeredness became bigger than whatever idealism and prosociality he had. The moment I saw him wearing a suit I felt we had lost him, then he got chummy with that Fetterman guy and I knew he had been bought. Oh well. He was, for a moment, the "best" babby's first introduction to anti-capitalist and anti-imperialist ideas. 🤷‍♂️😔
