    Yes, Trump is the problem. Not Obama making his famous "pivot to Asia" and moving more naval assets into the Pacific. Not the Democrats calling for economic decoupling, a precondition for total war with China. Not Biden calling Xi a "thug". Just Trump. Trump's the only problem here.
