This is true, but I do have compassion for the people who would lose their homes and businesses, especially if they're pensioners or on fixed income. Especially for older folks, moving away from support networks can be traumatic, so I would hope there is a good solution there (though I'm not sure what that would be other than huge amounts of cash).
