It is pro-genocide propaganda, if someone uses it to defend the genocide or as a reason to not oppose it.
It is however also an 80 years old smoldering conflict built on the chaos of WW2 era imperialism. A beast that should never have been. Fueled by ignorance and hate, it is now on a rampage. How is that not complex?
