Yeah I have to conclude that I live in a simulation after reading the Finn's comment. Because the only explanation for them saying this is that I live in a simulation that occasionally needs to recalibrate itself to what I find believable. They are saying that most practically-toddlers in Finland are just as responsible as adults if not more so.
