Rare Earth minerals and the skills and equipment to process them are not in the Western world. It is, however, in a grand multitude of countries elsewhere in the world, all of which wouldn't be considered "white". And... That covers everything from guided missiles to toys.

The most efficient production lines in the world, with the most advanced manufacturing capabilities, are in China. China sells the equipment and the skill to manage the equipment to its neighbours, and we get everything from clothes to tooth brushes from that.

The world has ONE, only ONE, major source of Gum Arabic, which is a country in Africa you've probably never even heard of. This includes the skills and expertise to manufacture it, and it's used in food and paint.

Do I even need to mention where the world gets the majority of its oil from, and where all the skilled workers and equipment is to process said oil? Or how important oil is to the world, even completely discounting its use as a fuel?

Skills and technology can always be reproduced, more easily if adequate documentation exists. However, that is not your premise. Your premise is no skills or technology would be lost, which is just wrong. All of it will be lost, and whoever will be left will need to go through the long process of learning and reproducing said skills and technology, which can take multiple generations.
