    An SUV is essentially a shitty mini van that gets worse fuel efficiency and has less room, but can sort of go off road better, even though 95% of people who get an SUV will never go off road.

    Also, like half of what companies call SUVs now are actually just station wagons.

    *shitty station wagons with worse fuel efficiency, often can't actually go off-road better, and worse crash safety metrics for all involved because they roll easier and are way heavier
