It goes without saying that the ACP isn’t remotely communist or socialist whatsoever.

This kind of begs the question: why did they even bother with the communist branding in the first place? Why not just commit to the alternative right? It doesn’t make much sense to me.

Maybe they took inspiration from the CPK/NSDAP’s strategy of LARPing as socialists for the popular support, but it’s not like communism/socialism are exactly popular in the US.

Or have the proletarian heroes at the ACP managed to gaslit themselves into actually, fully and earnestly believing themselves to be communists?

Thoughts?

Typically they manifest as socialists who do not believe in imperialism as the primary contradiction but instead of taking a left-dev stance via permanent revolution, demsoc or anarchism they have seemingly adopted chauvinism as a main principle while taking a right-dev reactionary stance on social murder, poverty, immigration and the reasoning behind contradictions in the West vs the third world.

They can be a bit to the right of most right-devs you'll meet, some going as far to praise the confederacy, the history of segregation or are just openly racist. They also co-opt fascist aesthetics.
