Give companies financial incentive to allow workers to stay home if possible and they'll do it. It seems like a no brainer to me, less financial burden on roadways, emergency crews, cleaning crews, and infrastructure. I would rather those savings be used for improvement or returned to the taxpayer but hey, if it makes it happen I think it's a fair trade off.
