And totally optional, btw...

Last month, the Pennsylvania Department of Health announced two measles-associated deaths; both cases were later revealed to be infants too young to have been vaccinated.

I can not fathom how much of a selfish act it is to not get vaccinated and risk being part of an infection chain that ultimately kills little helpless infants.

    These are Amish. If they kill a kid, they make another and if they all die, it was God's will.

    Where did learn that they’re Amish? The PA DOH isn’t giving out any personal details.

    The Atlantic found out what family it was based on death records and ended up speaking with them.

    There's nothing explicitly against vaccination for the Amish IIRC, but they're generally distrustful of modern medicine so their vaccination rates remain low.
