Right now diesel prices being $7 a gallon is the bigger concern. All our farming and transportation uses diesel, so all our food and goods are going to get very very expensive.

Yep. I lived in the US until about age 30 growing up in the countryside with family and friends in farming, trucking, and more. It's ugly. Fertilizer is also largely from petrochem which is going to hurt in many countries
