    I read it as her being very critical of this development (read in particular: “we will take the easy immediate wins”)

    I sincerely doubt it. She's the Co-Founder and CEO of an AI company that has absolutely no financial incentive to be critical of this development, and if anything all the incentive to encourage it.

    If anything it seems more like she's had a revelation as tell the suckers how they can have their cake (the easy win) and eat it too. Kick all the mid-level managers out, replace them with AI, then make the trainees pay to work for you because they have no other choice.
