You're mistaking me for someone who is a democrat, I'm not even American. All I'm saying is that despite the fact that we shouldn't put people who support genocide in power, it seems as if they got someone in power who not only supports genocide, but has created such a fucking mess of everything else as well.

The only good thing to come out of this is shocking people out of apathy, that's one part of the equation. The other is people who don't want a compromise, and fwiw, that's the kind of people who are going to steer any hope of bringing this ship around to sanity, status quo brought these circumstances in the first place. So keep fighting the good fight, you're not wrong to want a perfect world.

Not wrong, but I somehow doubt they would have tried close to half the shit that this current admin is doing, but as far as controlled opposition and hand sitting goes, they've been doing just fine at that too, so certainly complicit at the very least
