I believe this is from this year's show, which ends later today.
Statler and Waldorf of course are two geriatric cranks who've been jeering the Muppet Show since 1975, safely ensconced in their upper-level box seats. They were named after two landmark NYC hotels, the Statler Hilton and the Waldorf-Astoria.
