I fixed the link, I uploaded an Apple heic image file, guessing that does not display on other OS.

71048-2 Wolfpack Beastmaster is from Minifigure Series 27, which was the set immediately after the D&D set. This figure is from LEGO's own lore. The Wolfpack is a subtheme of their Castle theme, and has been around since the 90s.

Yeah, I guess I kinda knew that, I was hoping he had a backstory. Do you know of other D&D backstories for the rest of the D&D series?

AFAIK, other than the Mindflayer/Illithid they are generic PCs. There was a page floating around where someone made every species/class combo they could with the available pieces from the series.
