Funny*, I was just earlier reading an article that brought up just how awful Facebook was for LGBT (and other vulnerable groups). A blog post by the same author also referenced its complicity in suppressing dissent by helping "surveil, track and disappear people".

That article and blog post were both published 2015. It hasn't gotten better since.

Fuck that whole company.
