That’s neat and all. Do you think that stress taking up mental and physical bandwidth is unique to ADHD sufferers?

If it’s affecting your life, it’s time to see a doctor.

It’s not about the “bandwidth” and you’re being totally ignorant of the issues neurodivergent people suffers.

It’s the more the tank is constantly on 10% because of various issues, while a normal person can recharge from various “things” to top up.

It’s not normal to be constantly fatigued and frustrated, if you think THAT is, get some help.
