I will agree that change is up to the workers, but self-inflicted? When we're born into the system and will probably die before there's a lot of change, even if there was a push for it? Must have been a vote that I missed somewhere. I'm old now and wage theft was already underway.

    How did you arrive to the conclusion that that is what I’m saying? You need to work on your reading comprehension. Are you feeling called out because of how my original post was worded? The “you” in my post wasn’t meant to be taken literally, as in “you” the reader, but it is telling with how defensive you are being.
