Nothing new, but apparently it has to get WAY worse before people will ditch it.

    Its enterprise that will keep it afloat the longest. They will hold on to the application from 1998 cause "it works" and "its what we know". they'll pay someone to make sure it works on windows 11/12/75 before they pay someone to port it to Linux or make sure it runs on WINE.
