It sounds like that one Asterix movie where they had to do the twelve tasks.
In one task Obelix went into an all-you-can-eat restaurant and had to eat everything he was given. He did. Then the cook ran out crying that he has nothing else to serve and he is now ruined.
Obelix went out like, "Such a weird cook; he gave me appetizers and left!"
