Thanks for (re?)posting this. I don't love LibreOffice, but I do love their stance on this. I liked Microsoft Office until they added AI (and doubled the price!). They got $60 a year from me for about 10 years, but now they get nothing. I started using Apple's iWork suite, though I don't much like it, but Apple added AI stuff in. I'd ignore it, but around every corner it's like "don't you want to pay for the AI and some other crap?" No. No TF I don't. So, I think I'll just roll with LibreOffice.

I also appreciate that they offer torrent downloads. That allows me to download from other users, take the load off their server, and then share my download with other users. That's always nice.
