Being optimistic is apparently considered uncool & unrealistic, but I do have hopes for the future!

OOP here saying "at some point in the next 5-7 years" can be read as "prosecution starting at some point in the next 5-7 years" - and that seems realistic to me. And not only Muskrat.

I believe a sort of Nuremberg2.0 will happen at some point. Sadly, the Fuhrer himself probably won't be alive anymore for that.
