Not sure what happened with the color in this one. Cannot find my physical copy too get a better scan.
Breathed also sometimes reuses concepts, so it wouldn't surprise me if both strips ran in the US at different times.
I don't see a date, so it's possible the Wall Street one could be one of the "backup" strips newspapers had available in case the intended strip was unavailable for some reason.
