Im Kreis Borken gibt es die meisten E-Bikes - und auch die meisten tödlichen Unfälle damit. Jetzt wird die Polizei aktiv.

Schrittgeschwindigkeit ist je nach Definition bis zu 10 km/h, normale Fußgänger sind etwa halb so schnell.
