I was thinking that publishing some of the handwritten notes (or as many of them as possible) might help. For me, that would be enough evidence to indicate that a writer wasn't lazy and came up with these ideas on their own - assuming the writing itself doesn't have any obvious AI tropes in.

But I feel like there are other ways, and I'm curious what ideas everyone else has

Especially in creative writing, every sentence and word choice matters. You could write a companion piece that does a critical analysis of your writing that explains the choice for every sentence. Yes, a.i. could produce that but it would make no sense at all. And if it ever did made total sense then at that point the machines have passed the test (but this will never happen)
