i have that same one! funnily enough they actually hold up REALLY WELL over time because the “sealed” interior makes the rubber belts age slower lmao

    Ha! I can confirm that the first one only succumbed because the 3.5mm let the water in. The second lasted, oh, longer than my discman. I remember using it in '94ish - 3+ years later - when I'd had a discman in '88ish. The cassettes were so much better on the move.
