Oh yeah, because currency is just numbers on a computer right? Why bother with these pesky bonds and yield rates at all. Just fire anyone who says you can't spend your way out of bad headlines.

    Spare me the tech-bro finance.

    Yes the fed does set yield rates but there are grave consequences to unreasonable manipulations - it's the antithesis of the role of the central bank.

    Most people, including myself, can acknowledge that we are not experts on everything, and therefore rely on the opinion of people who are experts in a given field.

    Figuring out "whats true and what isn't" requires you to be come an expert.
