If you can remove microsoft out of windows you can use Linux, of course there is some learning to do, some little things will be different but is not that complex.

Bazzite is a good recommendation but I do recommend for you to search for any specific peripheral or hardware that you use to see if has any known problems. Like "logitech g305 bazzite". 99% of the time will just work but the 1% can be annoying to deal with.
