I was able to get out over the weekend and snagged some monster smooth chanterelles, a decent handful of gorgeous cinnabar chanterelles and some bonus Strobilomyces.
Our friend gave us a shoebox full of these. Never had them before that, man did we become converted to the chanterelle religion.
