I genuinely don't know what that is. Is that about those magical protein shakes? Cause that's just chud-coded in my head, not necessarily rationalist

    It's less protein shakes than complete nutrition shakes, and specifically done because they see eating as a purely practical endeavor and thus are of the opinion that it's better to get all their nutrition in a quick, easy, and convenient way than to bother with cooking and eating meals
