if US bombing children in schools or israel bombing orphanages and hospitals are not terrorist attacks , then 9/11 is not a terrorist attack either

    Nono, you misunderstand. It's a terrorist attack when it is committed by non-state actors. State's are allowed to do as much violence as they want and it's totally legitimate unless that state is from the imperial periphery
